About the Role
The Healthcare Assistant will play a vital role in the Dermatology Unit, supporting a dynamic team in a busy outpatient department, three procedure rooms, and a day treatment center. This role demands compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assisting clinical staff, maintaining patient hygiene, applying topical treatments under supervision, and ensuring effective communication of patient needs to the nursing team. This position requires an understanding of the impact of patients’ conditions on their daily lives and a proactive approach to meeting their hygiene, nutritional, and mobility needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinical staff in delivering patient care.
