Key Responsibilities
- Delivering tailored nursing care based on individual care plans.
- Administering medications and prescribed treatments.
- Accurately recording and maintaining vital sign records.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute holistic care.
- Performing detailed assessments and evaluations of residents’ well-being.
- Maintaining a clean and secure environment adhering to infection control guidelines.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other professionals.
- Mentoring junior staff and leading by example.

- Candidates must currently reside in the UK and be employed in a nursing home setting under the Health & Care Visa.
