Requirements:
- Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
- Minimum of one year of experience in the UK as a registered nurse.

- Willingness to join the Disclosure Scotland PVG scheme.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
Salary Details:
- £19.00–£22.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Expected hours: 38.5 hours per week.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care for residents within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will work alongside a skilled team to ensure the well-being of residents, including physical, emotional, and mental health aspects. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Ensuring continuity of care and compliance with all regulations.
- Providing leadership in the care home environment.
- Supporting residents through personal and health challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and proactive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting resident assessments and developing tailored care plans.
- Administering medications and monitoring resident health.
- Supervising and supporting team members to maintain high standards of care.
- Participating in staff training and professional development programs.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff to build trust and rapport.
