Requirements:

  • Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the UK as a registered nurse.

  • Willingness to join the Disclosure Scotland PVG scheme.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.

Salary Details:

  • £19.00–£22.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Expected hours: 38.5 hours per week.

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
  • Ensuring continuity of care and compliance with all regulations.
  • Providing leadership in the care home environment.
  • Supporting residents through personal and health challenges with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and proactive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting resident assessments and developing tailored care plans.
  • Administering medications and monitoring resident health.
  • Supervising and supporting team members to maintain high standards of care.
  • Participating in staff training and professional development programs.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff to build trust and rapport.
