Requirements
- Education: CAP Petites Enfance, Diplôme d’Etat qualifications, or a Montessori certificate recognized by Ofsted
- Experience: Minimum one year in a nursery setting
- Languages: Proficiency in both French and English
- Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, IT literacy, empathy, problem-solving skills, and an ability to engage with parents
- Ongoing Education: Study requirement for candidates without an Ofsted-recognized early years qualification

Salary for this role is fixed at £26,180 per year, with additional performance-based increments and comprehensive training opportunities.
About the Role
The Bilingual French Early Years Teacher will play a key role in shaping young minds by assisting with daily routines and activities, facilitating children’s personal care needs, and supporting the Key Person with essential responsibilities. This position also involves helping new children settle into the nursery environment and participating in classroom management activities across different age groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Supervision: Oversee children’s activities and care routines
- Activity Preparation: Organize materials for a range of learning experiences
- Parental Engagement: Maintain open communication with parents
- Classroom Support: Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment
