Requirements:

About the Role
Home Care Aides play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes across Northern Virginia. The position involves assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and providing personal care tailored to each individual’s needs. Caregivers work within Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties, ensuring patients receive the support needed to maintain independence and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and other daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during care.
- Deliver compassionate care while respecting patients’ dignity.
