Requirements:

About the Role
This role requires a compassionate and experienced individual to deliver personalized care in the Crewkerne community. Specialist Home Care Assistants play a pivotal role in empowering clients to maintain independence within their own homes. From assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to offering emotional support and fostering confidence, each day presents meaningful opportunities to make a difference. Key aspects of the role include:
- Providing high-quality care that enables clients to live independently.
- Supporting clients as they regain confidence and transition to greater self-sufficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting client needs effectively.
- Alternating early and late shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM, with weekend availability required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Build and sustain client relationships, ensuring dignity and trust.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional care services.
- Travel within Crewkerne and surrounding areas for community-based visits.
